 PROJECT UNDERTAKEN

• “Mentally Challenged and Physically Disabled Children in Goa” as a project titled, “Human Rights of Children in Goa” at V.M.Salgaocar College of Law in collaboration with the University of Warwick Law School, U.K in the year 2001-2002.

 WORK EXPERIENCE AS AN ADVOCATE FROM SEPTEMBER 2003 ON WARDS

• Working in a private practice from 2003 to 2012 and have diverse experience in the field of civil and criminal law and also legal Drafting and conveyancing. Our clients include corporate clients, and small businesses and local individuals.

• Appearing in the District and Sessions courts as well as Courts of Metropolitan Magistrates.
• The state of Goa was under Portuguese regime till 1961 and after the liberation of Goa, the Government of India maintained the legislation enacted by the Portuguese Government as regards the Family laws and Laws of succession and thus I have working experience as regards the Portuguese law as applicable to the state of Goa.
